IDGOMB - Monday!!!

My little Denise...where are you????  You were my go-to-gal for the IDGOMB post....I don't see a Monday post, so I will start this one.....

Today (finally) I was cleared from the ortho to get back to hard workouts.....so, I went to the Y & took an hour Cycle/Spin Class that is just sprints & extreme hills...WOOHOO...it was absolutely fantastic.......My legs still feel like they are spinning!!!

So, that was my workout today.....what did e'one else do to keep moving...NEXT!!

I had a child abuse workshop today, but during breaks I did laps around the hallways, mostly to stay warm, just to be honest, it was so very cold in there!

Tomorrow, I am going to spin...  we shall see how long I last!!!

Did 20 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the recumbent bike. Didn't manage any PT. Hubby came for dinner and spent some time together. It was too late and I was tired when he left. Hopefully will get everything in today but have so much to do today.
